There are two main types of non-stick coating within the market:

Proper opening and seasoning of your pots can lead to long lifecycle for your Neoflam pot!

1. Rinse and dry your pan with warm soapy water
2. Heat the pan on low and rub in cooking oil using a paper towel and leave it for 2 minutes
3. Let it cool once done, then use a paper towel to wipe off any excess oil
4. Repeat every 2-3 months to maintain your pot

Choose your utensils wisely with non-stick pans! Metal utensils are a big no-no. We advice the type of utensils below to avoid scratching our beautiful coating.

Give your cookware a rest and let it cool down before washing. Scrub your pan with warm soapy water and a soft sponge after it has cooled down.

Avoid using abrasive cleaners and steel wools as these may damage the coating.

We strongly advice against washing your pan directly after using.

Give your pan sometime to rest and let it cool down before washing it, as extreme temperature shock (Hot > Cold) may damage the coating.

You may scrub your pan with warm soapy water and a soft sponge after it has cooled down.

Accidentally burned your food? No worries!

Soak your burnt or stained pans/pots in warm soapy water for a few hours, then gently rub the stains with a soft sponge. For tough stains, add baking soda to hot water and use the solution to scrub your pan.

Our Neoflam pans are suitable for all stove types, from fire to induction.

However, please avoid using high heat directly to heat your pan. Let the pan heat up gradually to prevent warping & discoloration in order to protect that beautiful ceramic coating.

Don't worry, low-mid heat is more than enough to cook your food to perfection!

Make sure your pan is completely dry before storing it. Don't stack your pans like a game of Jenga! Use pan protectors if you have to stack them to protect the coating from scratches.

Alternatively, you can show them off on a pot rack as Neoflam's cookware are beautifully designed to be a form of decoration for your kitchen!

Neoflam's cookware are designed to be compatible with all types of cooktops (ceramic, electric, induction, gas).

Neoflam cookware is built to be compatible with induction hob - an induction plate is inserted in the base of every cookware (flip the pan over and you shall see it). 

However, we are unable to advise if the pan is compatible with any specific brand/model of induction hob due to other factors involved (e.g. positioning of the cookware, or does the induction hob requires a minimum induction size for the pan to be detected). For specific compatibility inquiries, we recommend consulting your induction hob manufacturer or referring to their product specification before purchasing.

Our current dishwasher safe ranges are:

• Retro
• Noblesse

The FIKA Range is not dishwasher safe as the handle used is real wood.

Neoflam cookware is completely safe for use, as it is made with a ceramic coating that is free from heavy metals and harmful chemicals like PTFE, PFOA, PFAs, lead, and cadmium.

This means that while cooking, there are no toxic fumes emitted, and there is no risk of harmful chemicals leaching into your food, even if the pan gets accidentally scratched.

The only potential downside of using a scratched pan is that its non-stick surface may not be as efficient as before. Enjoy worry-free and healthy cooking with Neoflam cookware.

All pans have their own life cycle, and so do our Ceramic-coated pans. After use, the non-stick performance will gradually decline, but there are some ways to make the life cycle longer. For example: use low heat for cooking, avoid using metal spatulas, use soft sponges for cleaning, wash pots with warm water when they are hot, avoid using cold water to cool down directly...etc. Proper cleaning and storage is very important, because if the pan has oily food residue, it will burn easily, and it will stick to the pan more easily after being burnt.
